CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will result in being banned. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled. Servicing Females Ages 13 and up
